We have 3 of the 537 aisle raymonds, we have one that it does not throw any codes, everything lights up like it should, and everything functions as it should, the only problem is, it will not steer.

It is not in wire guidance mode, and i know that the solonoids and such are working we have moved the motor off center, turned machine on and the motor always returns to home position. I have been in the computer and looked at the input from the steering encoder and it is working as it should, also looked at the motor position feedback pot it is also functioning.

Now sure what else to check as to why it will not steer. can go forward and reverse on the forklift, can lift, lower, rotate and traverse, but absolutely no steering.
