Take no notice of Vinny - his opinion is obviously based on hearsay and prejudice. We have operated Hangcha since 2005 and are more than happy with the machines and HC's support. Sure they don't offer all the electronics and plastics that the Japanese and Euro machines seem to need these days but they do the basic job of up and down and back and forwards reliably and cost effectively. We take care to spec' with a drive train that's easily supported and have taken the trouble to actually accumulate knowledge in regard to servicing needs and repair work. After many years of running Nissans it was a big step to take on HC but we have never regretted doing so. I would recommend that you stick with one of the big manufacturers like HC because they understand the need for "export build quality" and have huge R&D departments working on product development.

Fact of the week
The use of "hello" as a telephone greeting is attributed to Thomas Edison. He is said to have suggested it as a simpler alternative to other greetings, such as "Do I get you?" or "Are you there?".
