PHIL105 in order for anyone* to e-mail you, they would need you to add your e-mail to your profile. My suggestion (and what I have had to do in the last year) would be to bite the bullet and call your local Toyota dealer, and pay for a few service calls.
Please let us know if they actually bring the handset to access this truck in the first call, if you ask them to bring it when when you call.
*= should anyone have such information, I kinda doubt you will get much help from Toyota techs, Toyota seems to do a pretty thorough job of informing their dealers employees to not provide proprietary information to anyone.
