Hey everyone I am hoping someone out there can offer some help with an electric pallet truck that is having problems with loss of traction.

I have tried replacing the hand accelerator and the tiller cut off magnetic switch with no success.

There are fault codes displayed which begin with either AL or HL (cannot be seen properly) and are 20 and 21 depending on how the emergency switch is wired up, i assume one is that it is incorrect.

I tried replacing the controller and it now displays a fault code of AL(HL?) 10 with continued loss of traction.

With each the LED on the controller flashes green.

If anyone is able to provide any fault code list I would be very grateful.
