Code 23 could be battery discharged and therefore controler has reduced performance, other possibilities could be incorrect battery parameters
Battery resistance to high
Battery disconnected during operation
Fuse on positive feed to key switch blown
Main contractor did not close
Excessive loss of capacitor charge.

I think code 34 may be a hoist code and the hoist is not working witch would make sence if there was a problem with the battery (lift lockout)
This is just a guess as I have not ever seen this model and I hope my input dose not confuse your problem to much.

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
