Not sure of the codes either,but as rodger stated the parking brake has two switches on it one Normally open one normally closed......one is for the light on the dash to let you know the brake is on the other supplies the ground path for both the FWD/Rev Solenoids....the switch provides the ground when the parking brake is released.....check to see if their is a wire off on the switches or if it went bad......
