check battery connector
key switch
power connections (on power cables) @ control panel
pc contactor
do a point to point voltage check on each side of the fuses (sometimes they make look good or ohm out good but still may be partially blown out) both main power fuses and control circuit fuses
since your loosing ALL power everywhere these are the things i would check at first thought
