If you also have an LPG engine as the original post serial number, then you have a 350-03 series with a 4 cylinder 1781cc VW ADF engine. The engine's low idle speed would be 950 +50 rpm and an engine's high idle speed of 2300 +50 rpm. The maximum speed will be 3200 rpm. Ignition timing is going to be 18 degrees plus or minus 1 degree BTDC @ 950 rpm. Caution, when rotating the camshaft, the crankshaft must not be at TDC. There is a high risk of damage that can occur at valve and or piston heads. Bring the mark on the toothed belt crankshaft in line with the toothed belt guard mark. Next rotate the camshaft toothed belt sprocket for the mark on the sprocket's back will line up with the bottom edge of the rocker cover's right side as you face the engine. Lastly rotate the distributor toothed belt sprocket so that the distributor's rotator points to the mark for cylinder number 1 on the distributor's housing top edge. Install the toothed belt on the crankshaft sprocket while observing the rotational direction of the belt. Next install the toothed belt on the camshaft sprocket. Lastly check that the distributor rotor points to the mark for cylinder number 1 on the top edge of the distributor housing. If this is not the case, turn the distributor until the marks are in line and if necessary remove and reinstall the distributor. Tension the toothed belt by turning the idle pulley with a spanner wrench in a clockwise rotation as viewed from it's front face. With sufficient tension it should just still be able to twist the toothed belt 90 degrees with the thumb and index finger at a point midway between the camshaft sprocket and the intermediate sprocket. Tighten the clamping nut to a torque of 45 Nm. Rotate the crankshaft twice and check if the camshaft and crankshaft are in line with their referance marks.
