One of our IC techs is working on a Cat V50D S/N 3E003799 with the Peugeot engine and the cylinder sleeves seem to be sticking up above the block deck just slightly., and they can be moved by hand a bit side to side. Is this normal and will the compress and seat when the head is torque down? What is the torque pattern and spec. ? Is there a special procedure for installing the head. I am pretty much clueless with IC trucks( I am an electric tech ) and the tech working on it speaks only limited English and my Spanish is as about as limited. Any advice would be of great help. Thanks
