if you attend any impco training classes you will get the program.
sometimes some dealers will allow tech's from other businesses to attend thier classes, generally it is techs that are based at a company that buys fleets of thier brand trucks and they have inhouse techs, but it does cost whatever they charge for the classes. As for buying it outright over the counter? i don't think they do that.
