had a similar problem with that truck.
my particular case , it was that battery had some play in compartment, and when moved back the truck, there is a still bar
right at posts (b+ and b-) that makes a small contact.
my customer frecuently commented about that, however,din not ask me to check it out. the final result it was, the traction controller damaged.
