2 choices
1) call hyundai and verify you have the correct software and cable for this truck based on the firmware revision in the truck's ECM,
2) call impco support
it seems that every new tier program they come out with they change cables or more to the point the decoder box on the cable and the connector style.
i have had similar issues like this where the software did not support the new firmware and had to contact impco to get a new com cable and download a revised version of their software.
