Anytime I get error codes on EV100's I pull the 4 (sometimes only 3, yours will have 4) connectors that plug into the card and replug them in. That cleans those connections. Dirty pins there are a known problem with EV100's and SX cards and can cause all sorts of codes. When that works I unplug again them and clean them. Clean them with a good NON-conductive electrical cleaner and use a good dielectric paste in the pin holes (GE says to use NYOGEL 760G from Nye lubricants, which can be bought online). DO NOT smother paste onto the pins in the card. Just a bit in each hole in the wire harness plug.
