yep that error code you posted looks more like an hourmeter,
with this truck you will get either a 2 digit code for drive system codes or a 3 digit code for hydraulic if this truck has the premium hydraulic panel in it.
sounds to me like a PMT trip but the jumping and then tripping out sounds like a shorted component
if the truck is jumping as soon as you engage the accelerator it could be stuck 1A contactor, or a bad 1REC, 4REC
i'd check those first before digging deeper
