Thanks Marc,

I'll check it out when I get back to work on it again. I appreciate all your help. The interesting thing is no error codes now but it wont drive at all, everything else checks out. I'll be testing the outputs from the power side of the inverter and swapping the foot switch with a potentiometer too see if I can get anything out of it.
