i agree with kevin, check your out pressure
i just had a job almost identical to this, the truck wouldnt start, after troubleshooting i found the converter was supplying too much fuel pressure to the mixer and flooding the engine. when i pulled the inlet line off the mixer it had alot of pressure on it.
I changed out the converter and all is well now.
