Looking to purchase our 1st forklift and need some help...we are looking for a new 10,000 lb. forklift for outdoor use on our gravel lot and have narrowed it down to the three brands in my area that have good dealer support. I do not have the opportunity to demo one these units with my specs, so I am relying on my own reserch and any advice or thoughts from others I can take into consideration! Any and all opinions, good or bad on the following units would be greatly appreciated!

Being we will keep this forklift for a long time and have indoor storage for when it is not in use I would prefer to buy new vs. used even though our use would be minimal....around 5 or so hours a week...we will be using 12' fork extentions to move storage buildings around the lot averaging 3 to 6000lbs each....do you think I need the diesel engine or would the 4.3 gasoline engine (not lp) be a better choice?

Hyster Model H100 with kabota diesel engine
Hyundai Model DS 45 with mitsubishi S6S-Dt diesel engine
Toyota Model 7FDU45 with Toyota diesel engine

We speced out the forklifts with the following features:
Dual pneumatic (air)
2 stage mast for visibility reasons
72" forks
Side shift w/ fork posistioner by Cascade

Thanks again for any thoughts or advice on these units,
Shedman
