Jungheinrich don't need to buy out NBS or work with HC. They have a very good small forklift powered by a VW engine and a rexroth transmission so why would they want to work with HC. NACCO are now looking to work with HC it might be more like Briggs would be interested in SAMUK and change this to UTILEV to give them a low cost truck for certain customers. The only area Junghienrich don't really cover is the 6,000kg - 16,000kg range. i think they are now looking to cover this area some time next year.
