Hi Friend,
Your problem looks strange since the steering normally becomes hard to turn instead of too fast.
As my undertsanding, this is only the hydraulic steering not electrical one so there is no steering sensor here.

Only one may be concerned is to check the priority valve - clean it, check the steering control valve. Hope some other friend who met this problem before will online and tell you more.
