yup
check your frame grounds where they are directly bolted to the frame and engne block. remove the cables and make sure there is no paint behind the terminals. scrape it clean to make sure there is bare metal, reattach the cables and see if this changes anything.

the way they assemble machines these days sometimes they get in a hurry and paint over places that shouldn't be painted and the assemblers and quality control miss these things which cause tech's alot of trouble after the trucks are sold unfortunately.
