friend before start to check capacitors remember this,you will not have full charging on them before main contactor closed but i have this on my vehicle with battery 80v they charge on 75-76v and in that very fast moment card check errors.Try without bat to check motors and power part in most cases problem is there but if you seen that everything is ok than you must to check card.Tell as what are you do please.
