It's a EVT100 and I did find information by Google, thanks John. Like nemanja says, the capacitors must get charged up to battery voltage when you turn the key on and then the card turns on the main line contactor. For some reason they aren't getting up high enough. I will check the capacitors tomorrow, one of them may have a problem.
