I told Norm to call arpac, right off the bat.
He replied that he did, and that he'd waited ~2 weeks for a reply... even going so far as to leave multiple messages that didn't get returned.
At which point he phoned me... (or so he says)
So, someone's story must be wrong...
I wasn't trying to step on any toes, just help a long time customer.
