Mike,take a look at my name, I think you should have no trouble figuring out who I am.And it was a salesman,not a tech.
This was quoted in a very timley manner,customer has even been contacted by the service manager,however it wasn't Norm that it was sent to.He's just shopping which is his right to do,unfortunatley being a modification it has to go through the dealer.Steps are being taken to solve his problems.Thanks
