The Clark PT# for the starter brace is 1813285. I'm not sure about the delay. That may just be a matter of hooking up a laptop and programming the delay in. Ours just got sent to the shop. I was hoping the noise was just a starter issue and when I ordered the replacement starter I was told I needed to order the new style brace which comes with installation instructions which include what to do with a cracked block. Yay! When I got more into it I found that the extended crank time finally rounded the teeth on the flywheel and the starter could no longer catch. So now they're pulling the engine at the shop.
