The symptom you are more then not seeing is that the FWR or REV won't pick up. Items to check: 1. Look at the accelerator switch input 2. Check to see that the voltage split at TB2 to BV- is less then 60% of battery's voltage at key switch closing. (replace or adjust the accelerator switch to insure that this voltage less then the 60% of battery's voltage before closing) 3. Check for short circuit between battery positive and TB2 in the accelerator switch input circuit. (disconnect the wire from TB2 check for short circuit from wire to battery positive. The resistance needs to be greater than 4.7k ohms. )
4. Check for defective card. (disconnect wire from TB3. Measure voltage from TB3 to battery negative. You should be zero. If you are not look for a replacement card) TB terminals are the six screw terminals of the logic card.
