Looks like I am going to be in a battle with vendor to see who should pay for this. I have not been able to find a sales bulletin on this issue but will keep trying. one more question, who is Jefferson Smurfit? Is it the same as Smurfit Stone? I also was confused about what issues your talking about. did you mean the issue of keeping debris out of the engine area or did you mean issues when the customer like me doesn't want to pay for a repair due to product defect and vendor refuses to pay for a repair?
