Code 61 means Load sensor abnormality, Cause could be an defect of the harness or connectors, the load sensor and finally a bad controller

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
