The truck is a 351 series. The older trucks were equipped with Deutz F3L912W engines which had glow plugs. The newer version had a Deutz F3L913G engine which did not. Take a look at your intake manifold to see if there is a plug in it. If it does you can get an intake manifold heater from your local Deutz distributor. If not there is not much that you can do. They do have magnetic oil pan heaters but you would probably have to pull the engine in order to put it on since this truck is outfitted with a belly pan.
