My users would occasionally experience one of their rear wheels falling off. Not always the case of loose wheel nuts but damaged bearings.
Anyone experience the same? I don't really know the cause(s).
Our initial response would be it was due to users abusing the forklift by driving over kerbs or bumps. But I somehow feel it may not always be the case.

Anyone with advise or experiences to share?

Fact of the week
In Germany, the 9th of November is sometimes called Schicksalstag, the "Day of Fate" because it has been the day for several major historical events, including the horrors of Kristallnacht in 1938 and the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989.
