The initial question is what experience people had with the Crown & Raymond dealer - not anything about the product which is about all you talked about in your past threads. Both have worked hard to gain market acceptance in Atlanta area as the Toyota dealer has. But it seems those that used be significant players here tumbled down from the once held lofty position.
