gl l duodeluxe second reason means if the truck is equipped with a hydraulic powered attachment like a side shifter additional hoses are required and the hoses needs to be reeved thru the mast often over the lfit chains for improved visibility. When this is done the plastic inserts in the chains will have a guide or clamp formed into it which the hosing can stay on tract as the chain move when the lift cylinders extend & retract.
