You must work for Barloworld, their management is the only group stupid enough to be upset over getting the job done. Apparently you must have a minimal knowledge service manager otherwise he/she could have gotten you the answer.

Glad I'm out of the lift truck industry for good it appears to be over run with mental midgets.
