Johnr_j thank you for your reply. I certainly will not correct you on your American as I do come from there and so do not speak your language well enough to correct you, however just for the record in England the word "spelt" is the past tense for the word spell.

Ps. You may be interested to know that in England the word "spelled" means to write or name out loud the letters of a word for example - I D I O T....get it?
