13 is the coolant temp sensor but i have never seen one go bad so its probably wiring. the rough idle........unplug the throttle body while the engine is running, if it stays running adjust the lp regulator untill it runs best kill the engine and restart. if the problem is still present clean the throttle body throat. if the engine dies when you unplug the regulator try adjusting the reg leaner untill it idles when unplugged. if this can not be accomplished overhaul the regulator. if this is an idle surge problem clean the throttle body. let me know if none of this helps you. unless this is a twc equipped truck you cant adjust the reg unless the gov is unplugged and if it is twc equipped you need a handset
