I'm looking for recommendations for a good forklift. It has to be propane and a sit down up to 3500lb capacity. I will be using it to basically unload pallets of trucks and into our warehouse. I need something that can withstand a little rain if possible as I'm located in Florida. I was looking at Hamech forklifts which are made by Komatsu and our local crown dealer sells them. Also thinking about a toyota but cant see to find any reviews for any of the brands.

Thanks.
