Both companies are in serious trouble so can't see either adding more problems to what they've already got. The bigger they make either company the bigger loss they will make. Also I would say the manufacturers would not be happy one company selling to makes of truck. You don't find a BMW garage that is also an Audi dealer you have to be comited and loyal to one person.
