Just my two cents worth. Life is full of new policies, laws, etc. that we don't agree with & sometimes very strongly. I have followed a simple three step approach to resolving issues. These are: 1.) Constructively work with the appropriate persons/group involved to resolve valid concerns; 2.) Accept it for what it is or 3.) if you can't or don't want to do #1 or #2, simply Leave the situation.

Quit often following #1 will produce positive change(s) and it is a bit more fun.
