Do any of the lights light up the key pad? 1 or green could be damaged on it, if keypad has to be replaced be careful unplugging the key pad as there is a release tab on the handle card and if broken have to replace that card as well. The ribbon of the keypad has to go into the rectangular opening or the ribbon will be damaged and have to buy a second keypad. A light on the keypad should light up pressing each button. If 1 is broken you can have a technician come out and program up to 10 operators and program them 2-10 and you can start up the truck with any of them as well as a choice if it is the keypad.
Thank you
