If it's your lift..invest in an analyzer...it will allow for specific codes..and give better options for troubleshooting...try unplugging both drive motors..and then disconnect ground..reconnect after 30 seconds...see if operates up/down from lower controls...if code comes on...then you would normally next use analyzer to change model and country of origin...restart machine..then change back to reset to original setup
