I hope somebody will be able to tell me how to solve my problem.

the mast ist not moving forward any more.
it's like blocked.
He start to move a little but it's blocked.

What can be the problem.
On the screen it stays in mode like we want to put the battery out but nothing is moving.

Any idea?
