It seems to be a fairly common issue on the ft range if the truck is left outside in the rain, water gets on the switches and shorts them, a work around that usually works is turn on the truck press the dash up button (bottom right) for 10 to 30 seconds until you get a release up button warning release it then your truck should start. Ultimately you need a new dash
