An fg25t-11 is an old carbureted truck, no electronics at all. The -16 and -20 trucks have an engine ecm but no electronic trans control. The obd II scanner with Komatsu dongle works on earlier -16/-20 but not the new ones, not sure why. Komatsu will only sell the scan tool kit to dealers and it's around $5k. Your best bet is to use the gas pedal procedure.
