If the lift runs on a 36 volt battery, the voltage should be reading 37 to 38 volts charged. If it reads 36 volts the battery needs to be charged. The hydraulic tank is under the operator floor board. Could be on the left or right side. With mast fully lowered check the dipstick. Top off tank until full. Should take hydraulic oil 32, newer lifts take 46.
