Hello all,

I'm heading to a customer's to check out this unit. Its a Mitsubishi ESR18N
SN 4SR3706701.

Can anyone shed some light on what the Code 40 is? I don't have a manual for these units and I can't seem to find the answer online anywhere. Just looking for a place to start once I get to the customer.

Thanks!!
