Hi All,

I have been looking at a electric cricket roller for a community cricket club which has some range issues and I am trying to get some help as to what is going wrong. Roller is converted to electric and runs for about 5-10 minutes before the system cuts out and says low battery. However the battery has a proper forklift battery charger on it and when it cuts out the voltage instantly goes up to above 24.5V. It is almost as if the current is too high and dropping the voltage below the level the controller can handle. Specs are below:

Battery:
24V C5 195Ah

Roller:
1000kg
No idea what the motor is as under 5mm sheet metal, controller is a SEM Zero 24V 150A
