We have a 2008 Doosan G30P-5. Recently we have had issues with it not starting the there being not spark. At first it was a bit intermittent but now it's most of the time.
I have checked the power to the coil pack (not distributor) with the key on and get the following: Red wire 12.6 volts, White wire 4.9V, Green wire 4.9v, black is ground. The plug seems to be in good shape on both sides and comes together securely.
Am I on the right track to think it's the coil pack or is there something else I should consider? The last few days it generally has not spark but will sometimes start and run fine (we only use it for short periods). Then it won't run (no spark) the next time (now it' mostly "won't run").
Does anyone have any advice on how I might check it with a meter to confirm it's bad before ordering a new one? Or what else it might be? I have checked all the fuses and they are fine (the turn indicator/strobe light fuse was blown but there isn't even a strobe light on it anymore) and checked all the wiring harness connectors (to the extent I can) and they all seem to be clean and tight.
There's not a lot of information on these out there that I can find, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank
