Not able to find anything on code 2000-13. 2000-12 is a comms issue between the VSM and the ECU. The steer column has a comms connection, right side. Using ohms setting on your meter, check between A and B, should read about 60 ohms. Using the volt setting, check between A and C and B and C. They should read about 2.5 volts or total to 4.5 volts. If you do not have 60 ohms resistance, possible termination resistor has failed if you read 120 ohms. Since you have no performance issues, possible code that needs to be cleared. Good Luck.
