Find the CPS folder on your hard drive
On my computer its drive c/linde MH/pathfinder//diamon31/data/cps
click on configuration
there are 2 settings you may need to change
RtsCts=1
DtrDsc=1
if you have usb the settings need to be
RtsCts=0
DtrDsc=0
I have a serial cable so mine are set at =1
