Greetings,

I'm having a problem with my TFG435s. I need to change the TCU and set the parameters, so far no problem. The old TCU is still recognized and all parameters are set as they are supposed to. When switching the TCUs (saved paramters from old, shut down the forklift, install new TCU, turn on forklift) and connecting to it via JUDIT, loading parameters won't save them, setting them manually wont let me (max, min, factory and current values on top of the program window show 0 on all parrameters - on old TCU these values show up normal, can change them normally aswell). Going in to CAN ANALYSIS shows no activity/communication with new TCU(ff)/display(ff)/Ebox(7F), all systems are connected and working with the old TCU. Am I missing a crucial step? I aswell followed the install instructions inside JUDIT, problem stayed unchanged.
.
Thank you all in advance, any information is greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Part number on controller (original Jungheinrich sticker) did NOT match catalogue part number. Ordered by catalogue number and it worked.

The use of "hello" as a telephone greeting is attributed to Thomas Edison. He is said to have suggested it as a simpler alternative to other greetings, such as "Do I get you?" or "Are you there?".
